述べて作らず。信じて古を好む。技を順に整理して学び、技の成り立ちを理解しながら稽古する We believe in and appreciate the wisdom of the ancients. By organizing and learning techniques in the order Ueshiba Morihei, the founder, practiced them, we train while understanding the development of these techniques.
